We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from KING. If you are not completely satisfied with your KING course, you can return it within 30 days for a prompt, friendly refund.
Returning a product
If you purchased a KING product that you would like to return or exchange:
- Call our Customer Service Department at 1-800-854-1001 for your Return Authorization Number (RMA). This number helps us quickly track the status of your return.
- Pack all parts, pieces, accessories, manuals, discs and printed materials in their original packaging.
- Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
- Be sure to use a package-shipping service such as United Parcel Service, Federal Express or the United States Postal Service that is able to track shipments. Ship the package to:

- When we receive your return, we will credit the payment method used to make the purchase. Please allow several days for the refund to be processed.
Note: Please be sure to obtain an RMA number and clearly write it on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.
